Our Return Policy

We hope you love every Saaj purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Apparel

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Home & Wellness

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Essential Oils
  • Roll-ons
  • Tea
  • Candles (if used)
  • Curated Gift Sets (if opened)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return if the item is eligible under our return policy.

  • Saaj reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
